Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Before placing an order, please note the information on delivery costs for bulky goods/bulk goods for delivery to EU member states!
Shipping is excluded to the following islands: Hiddensee, Hallig Südfall, Hallig Langeneß, Hallig Gröde, Langeoog, Spiekeroog, Wangerooge, Norderney, Juist, Baltrum, Borkum, Helgoland, Neuwerk, Büsingen, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Réunion, Martinique, Mayotte and Saint-Martin (France), the Azores and Madeira (Portugal), Canary Islands (Spain). Please clarify here with your local forwarding agent a possible takeover at the ferry port.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat rate of € 6.95 per order for shipping eligible items as a parcel.
From an order value of 150,00 € we deliver these packages free of shipping costs.
Any shipping costs for bulky goods will be displayed and remain.
For delivery to German islands, an island surcharge of € 13.95 will be added to the shipping costs.
Dispatch of bulky goods (forwarding dispatch):
Items from the webshop that are bulky or too heavy to be sent by parcel post will be shipped by us on behalf of a freight forwarder.
The respective shipping costs of these goods depend on the total weight and the region of delivery. For these forwarding goods (bulky goods), you can view the freight costs in euros directly in the shopping basket, before placing an order.
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description and are shown as an amount in euros by the additional bulky goods surcharge.
When ordering bulky goods with the shipping method forwarding agent, please be sure to state your telephone number where you can be reached during the day. The forwarding agent will contact you by telephone and inform you of the delivery date.
For delivery to the desired location, you must ensure that transport through entrances and stairwells is possible without aids. Depending on the item, the shipping company will deliver to the desired location or to the curb or property line.
Particularly heavy items may be delivered by a special freight forwarder. In these cases, the road must be passable for trucks. The special freight forwarder will deliver to the kerb or property line.

Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs for parcels abroad as a flat rate according to delivery regions within the EU.
These are displayed in the shopping cart before you purchase and complete your order.
For technical reasons, we do not automatically calculate the shipping costs for bulky goods/freight forwarding deliveries abroad. Please enquire about the delivery costs before placing an order. To do so, please create a collective enquiry and send it to us instead of placing an order via the contact form or by e-mail. We will then provide you with an offer for delivery of the desired items as quickly as possible after receiving your enquiry and checking the costs.
Generally excluded from shipping are non-EU countries except Monaco: all EFTA countries (Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland) as well as third countries.
Shipping via our parcel service providers is not possible for the following EU countries in their territories/islands:
